Crafting of Our Flavors

Our philosophy regarding taste and menu offerings has changed as our business evolved. We believe that the flavor of each cake that we create should be personal and meaningful to the clients that it is created for. We don't want to restrict anyone to the flavors listed on our menu. If you don't see a flavor profile listed below that speaks to you, just ask! We are open to custom flavor options.We're here to  guide you, whether you want to be a bit adventurous or stick with something comfortable. We understand how busy engaged couples are with so much on your plate with planning the wedding. Choosing the right flavor pairings can be overwhelming so we carefully crafted twelve delicious flavor profiles that will delight you and your guests. Chef Patty's recent visit to Italy has excited her to create cake flavors inspired from the Italian desserts she has experienced. You will find several of our flavor pairings being Italian inspired; giving a sophisticated, European luxury taste. 

Flavor Profiles

You are welcome to choose a different flavor for each cake tier at no additional charge. For your cake tasting, please choose six of the flavors below to enjoy.

French Vanilla & White Chocolate Truffle

A rich, silky French vanilla cake, layered with raspberry compote, and white chocolate truffle buttercream.

Carrot & Orange

A twist on the traditional carrot cake by adding a citrusy zing, filled with scratch made orange marmalade and passion fruit Swiss meringue buttercream.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle

Indulgent Valrhona dark chocolate cake brushed with Chambord liqueur, filled with raspberry compote, dark chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream.

Amalfi Limoncello

Inspired from the classic dessert from the Amalfi Coast of Italy. A lovely & fluffy lemon cake is drizzled with limoncello syrup, layered with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.

Strawberry Prosecco

A light delicate white almond prosecco cake drizzled with prosecco syrup, filled with strawberry and prosecco Swiss meringue buttercream.

Lemon Blueberry Lavender

A delicious combination of lemon cake drizzled with lavender syrup, filled with blueberry compote and honey lavender buttercream for a hint of florals.

Biscoff Cookie & Tangerine

A rich caramel cake with a warm spice flavor, layered with tangerine Swiss
meringue buttercream.

Pistachio & White Chocolate

A lovely sour cream pistachio cake, filled with a hint of raspberry compote and white chocolate  Swiss meringue buttercream.

Blackberry Elderflower

A light delicate elderflower cake filled with blackberry compote and
elderflower infused Swiss meringue buttercream.

Italian Chocolate Walnut Cake 

An indulgent cake with lots of texture inspired by the classic Italian torte. Chocolate espresso cake with finely chopped walnuts & chocolate chips, layered with a rich mocha  buttercream.

Earl Grey & Bergamot

A truly sophisticated flavor combination. Earl grey cake infused with bergamot syrup layered with locally farmed organic honey Swiss meringue buttercream.

Red Velvet & Amaretto

A twist on the traditional red velvet cake. This rich buttermilk cake is infused with Amaretto syrup and layered with creamy Swiss meringue buttercream.
