The Flavor Pairings...

My philosophy regarding taste and menu offerings is to create flavors pairings that compliment each other, saving you time to have to sort through flavors to figure out which ones go well with each other. If you have a special flavor that you dreamed of for your wedding cake, custom flavor options are welcome.

 

My recent visit to Italy has excited me to create cake flavors inspired from the Italian desserts I have experienced. You will find several of the flavor pairings being Italian inspired; giving a sophisticated, European luxury taste. 

Flavor Profiles

You are welcome to choose a different flavor for each cake tier at no additional charge. 

French Vanilla & White Chocolate Truffle

A rich, silky French vanilla cake, layered with raspberry compote, and white chocolate truffle buttercream.

Carrot & Orange

A twist on the traditional carrot cake by adding a citrusy zing, filled with orange marmalade and passion fruit Swiss meringue buttercream.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle

Indulgent Valrhona dark chocolate cake brushed with Chambord liqueur, filled with raspberry compote, dark chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream.

Amalfi Limoncello

Inspired from the classic dessert from the Amalfi Coast of Italy. A lovely & fluffy lemon cake is drizzled with limoncello syrup, layered with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.

Strawberry Prosecco

A light delicate white almond prosecco cake drizzled with prosecco syrup, filled with strawberry and prosecco Swiss meringue buttercream.

Lavender Honey Lemon

A lovely combination of lavender cake drizzled with lavender syrup, filled with lemon curd and honey buttercream made with local organic honey. A hint of florals with a honey sweetness.

Salted Caramel & Bailey's 

Starting with a biscoff cookie cake with a warm spice flavor, layered with salted caramel filling and Bailey's Irish Cream buttercream.

Pistachio & White Chocolate

A lovely sour cream pistachio cake, filled with blueberry compote and white chocolate  Swiss meringue buttercream.

Pear Elderflower & Blackberry 

A light delicate pear cake drizzled with elderflower syrup,  filled with blackberry compote and elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream.

Italian Chocolate Walnut Cake 

An indulgent cake with lots of texture inspired by the classic Italian torte. Chocolate espresso cake with finely chopped walnuts & chocolate chips, layered with a rich mocha  buttercream.

Earl Grey & Bergamot

A truly sophisticated flavor combination. Earl grey cake infused with bergamot syrup layered with locally farmed organic honey Swiss meringue buttercream.

Red Velvet Amaretto & Oreo

A modern twist on the traditional red velvet cake. This rich buttermilk cake is infused with Amaretto syrup, layered with Oreo Swiss meringue buttercream.
